Dr. Evans is a native of Louisville, KY. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Biology and attended the University of Louisville Medical School. He received his pediatric training at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH.

Dr. Evans is board certified in Pediatrics. He enjoys his general pediatric practice with an emphasis on high risk newborns and children with asthma.

Dr. Evans lives in Leitchfield with his wife Lynn and his children Max and Ellie.
